A commission Ive been doing for the past week

She is a mermaid, though here you see her in her human form (even though shes underwater... yeah)

Well, I really love this one... honestly after Averia I thought Id be happy if I just kept the same level, but I think this one is even better, though I took ages tweaking everything so it better be

On that note its interesting to see how much everything has been improving even though I havent been drawing nearly as much as I used to... Especially in terms of facial structure and shading etc, when I look at some of the old drawings after this one Im like "wow, her face looks so weird, how did I think that was good?"

I think Tera helped a lot here, probably because of all the time I spent on the character creation screen trying to get good faces on my characters LOL it really helped me realize what stuff looks like on what angle etc (and people say you dont learn anything from games? boooo)

Anyway, Im slowly getting into my old rhythm now... Been drawing a lot more these past couple of days, so expect me to start posting more often again... Though Ill probably stick to 2 drawings per week, it seems to be the best to ensure I dont rush them and still try to do my best

And Ill also be doing a full body drawing of Coral in mermaid form soon, so if you like this you can look forward to that (lol, I hope I can get the fins to look good)
