Another commission for :iconshadowtsuki:, this time of Cameo, a girl who was cursed and became the personification of misery/depression/sorrow
Rather than just doing generic sad expression, I went for the empty stare/lost in her own world kind of thing, since its much more subtle

So style wise the idea here was to do something of a mix between anime, gothic, and victorian paintings, LOL
The coloring style is a lot "flatter" than what Ive been doing lately, but I think it goes really well with the pic, which is why I left it like that...

All in all though this commission was pefectly suited for my style, since I tend to do washed out colors by nature with lots of brownish/greyish tones, and the "dirty" texture on top of it
And well, I love this kind of dress, so that was fun to draw :la:

Her lovely legs stand out well with the angled perspective.Gives it a nice impact to her doll like pose.The colors create a nice abandoned feel.

I have a suggestion if you are intersted - You should try adding some facial expressions. The whole thing is awesome but the face doesn't quite fit in.
